I’m sure the BBC are fact checking this.
At least it wasn't the HillbilliesI just read transfer story that called us 'the Hill Dickinson stadium outfit'.
Don't think I'm gonna get used to this.
I have no idea about him, tbh. Wouldn't surprise me though.Isn’t this the same fella who had Jurgens bar facing the pier head?
Been starring at these now for the last 20 minutes and still can't find WallyLooking at the below image this is what TFG are looking to develop not a cheap looking marquee (TENT) ripping fans off with the prices. A proper wider regeneration befitting of a world class stadium.
I've said all along Everton will own that land within 24 months. And they Nelson Dock. They need to really, it's prime real estate. For all we know they might already have an agreement to take it over down the line. The entire space is owned by Terry's Timbers and it's just leased to this feller who wants the tent scheme.
Presumably the lease is granted by TT with stipulations concerning making rental payments and any need for alterations...which if this scheme carries on now will be the case now, obviously. A break clause to the lease might also have been insisted on by TT.
In short: the leaseholder can disappear quite quickly from the scene, I'd imagine.
Where's that Salford ?
Stadium not even opened and you want to throw a couple hundred million increasing the capacity. Biggest complaint so far that there`s crap transport links to get 53k to there, and some of us want another 10k capacity.
Yes, but this post was more focused on us throwing a couple hundred million to build a hotel by the Nelson dock.Stadium not even opened and you want to throw a couple hundred million increasing the capacity.
