Terry's Timber's is still an active company. Maybe they leased the land.

I could be mistaken but I think Terrys Timber is the yard behind were the tent was going

The entire space is owned by Terry's Timbers and it's just leased to this feller who wants the tent scheme.

Presumably the lease is granted by TT with stipulations concerning making rental payments and any need for alterations...which if this scheme carries on now will be the case now, obviously. A break clause to the lease might also have been insisted on by TT.

In short: the leaseholder can disappear quite quickly from the scene, I'd imagine.

Terry's Timber operate from land behind the Bramley Moore pub and afaia own the land/yards directly behind the "tent" site which is all accessed from Fulton St which is usually all locked up at night by Terry's Timber.
