The information they can gather on you through digital ticketing is absolutely insane. They'll aggregate that data up, then sell it on to data broker. It will be another income.

They cant do that with plastic cards.

They are effectively squatting on some prime land that is crying out for serious development.

Everton need to put in a very serious bid for the land and then take full advantage of the space. Make them an offer they can't refuse. Statement of intent alongside the Nelson dock.
