Won't that be absolutely great for the area and the City if that comes off, and I think the plans are drawn up for it.
I thought I read the Park they are making in that area will only take a couple of years as well. It is only a bit of fancy landscaping so I can well believe it, will look fantastic down there in Vauxy, much posher than when I was a kid.

Only have to look at the first concept image for what looks like 'Terry's Timber' - how have we went from that vision to a tent.

Granted, I know the Tent has nothing to do with Everton, more a question on the Local Authority.
