It does look good, but the club really have just plopped a stadium down and nothing else lmao. It's like them, peel and the council didn't actually believe it was going to happen and now its here, opening in 2 months, with nothing else ready.

Definitely what was hinted at when they talked about the station issues

To be honest, I think it'd kind of work as a little adjacent nod without even having to spell it out that explicitly... maybe just use the fence motif or something, and reopen that bricked window.

It does. Though it might be very expensive to redevelop. That roof is pretty large and unusually shaped. It might cost a lot to sort that alone.

Besides all that: aren't we all supposed to be on board with the club making cash out of that stadium facility? No good having yer Prince Rupert's Inns and ye olde Queen's Heads if the Reform Rovers across the road is creaming all the cash off before the punters step into BMD.
