New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Having a tent over the road from 800 million pound stadium is abit snide.
I'm surprised they were given permission for it, to be honest.

It's clearly the most low-effort, low-investment way to rip off as many Evertonians with the priciest beer they can get away with.

All in the cheapest way possible.

But let's call it The Holy Trinity, because I just asked ChatGPT what Evertonians like and it said that. So they'll love it.

They are effectively squatting on some prime land that is crying out for serious development.

I know Gary Hincks...I worked for a firm he did business with,at one point he wanted me to go and work for him.

I'd never in a million years had him down for all the Reform carry on.

You think you know people ey.

No idea who he is, but others seem 100% the people behind this are Reform supporters. There's a lot of them about and we need the stink of that lot on this club like we need the Mersey rising a couple of metres.

All those right wing clowns need to GTF - hopefully the club are leaning on the council to GT to F too.

Am not surprised mate...The people running this city are completely brain-dead.

The amount of interested in the area and this is best we can come up with.

Whatever goes there should be to complement the stadium.

Article says they haven't been given planning permission yet

Correct.

Tents across the road and container boxes in the neighbouring dock.

What a palaver.

Imagine any other council seeing a club spending £750M on a stadium and then allowing that to happen.

Peel presumably should have something to say also?

They've got an alcohol license, but no permission for a structure to serve the alcohol from.

It's nuts!
The Club should have bought that land and put a sports bar there.

They should have been hoovering up all available land round there.

Instead money the club could be generating will now be going into Reform campaigning.

They could do something really cool with that plot.

I love the Ambrose McGrath building behind it, too - that could be renovated into something really impressive.
