Everton's signing policy under TFG so far seems to be to hire a boat load of technicians and bureaucrats.

Players would be nice at some stage.
If they were not doing this, you'd be moaning that they were no different to the last regime, they are not making any changes at board level. they don't care about this club, they only care about Roma, blah blah blah.

I know how your game is played.

...just saying' - players would be good.

ATM most of Everton's incoming personnel are a load of pencil-pushers.

Dunno how old this is but the back room staff is expanding;

Everton have hired the founder of a data company and are hoping to bring in the man behind David Moyes’ superb Everton recruitment in the 2000s. The club has hired Chris Howarth, founder of football data company Sport Insights, as Head of Strategy
Everton’s new set-up also includes Nick Hammond as head of trading/negotiating, having joined from Leeds United.

They are also hoping to install a new head of football operations with Sam Allardyce a leading contender

The bit about big sam is made up - just seeing if you’re paying attention.

Deals are being done, every single day we are doing deals, you think clubs just wake up 1 day and say "you know what, lets sign somebody", its a long process, I learnt all this when I went to bidness college.

Yes, but we can see that other clubs are firming up and even announcing done deals. As far as Everton are concerned we just made a permanent deal for an on loan player.

Damned if you steer a rudderless ship a la Moshiri and damned if you try and completely change the culture and identity of the background staff. I honestly don't know what some people want!

Its the start of June, give me a shout end of July and if we still only have 15 players then we can travel to murica together and rag these clowns everywhere.
