Huge increase in parking on double yellows and just banging the hazard lights on whilst you pop in the local shop. Every other bugger backed up behind.

Happens by mine, park on the double yellows, to pop into Costa, so they don't have to pay 50p in one of the 3 ajoining car parks. Traffic backlogged.

Then get back into their Land Rover with zero concerns.
