New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I wonder if fans around Europe would actually know where abouts in England that Everton are from. There must be plenty who know of us from watching PL games but haven`t the slightest clue where we are actually from.
I've got no idea were Fiorentina are from, is Fiorentina a place?

I'm not sure it's even particularly important for fans around the world to know which city we're based in to be honest, i'm not sure why it would be. Obviously if they want to come and watch us or whatever they need to know where we are but you'd be pretty confident they'd just check that out before they flew anyway so what's the big deal? There are loads of clubs that aren't named after famous cities, and even some of the ones that are you could name the city but not be able to place it on a map or know anything else about it.

Does anyone know if the LED panels across the middle section (where the upper and lower tier seperate) will actually get installed? Looks abit dull just having grey concrete there
This image is on the Friedkin Groups website which shows the LED panels around three sides of the stadium. guessing these will be installed soon.

I haven't been concerned about the ground potentially being delayed. But now as there is STILL no news of the grand opening game there, let alone the final test event (presuming they don't make them the same thing) its making me think these rumours of delays are possibly true.

While its nothing new for clubs to request an away game first and then switch the second game and so nothing to worry about too much - the problem is its not just one stand here - its a whole new build and untested areas.

This time next week we'll know. Prem fixtures are out

Yes. One concern for me, and I dont know if others will share it or not, but I would rather have a grand, Opening game against a big club (Roma would do) as a glamour, official opening fixture, rather than a League game against someone random as the first ever official game there.
