I fail to see how the United States can be described as operating under state capitalism. Under a state-capitalist system, the government typically owns and controls major corporations or entire industries. In the U.S., almost all large companies - banks, tech firms, manufacturers, retailers - are privately owned. Private actors own and manage the vast majority of capital in the US.
You're looking at it too close, take a step back and you'll see that it's capital that controls the state, therefore they dictate policy and consequence. The state now exists to serve capital rather than social cohesion and societal interests.
Almost all large companies, have the same vested interests, mainly because they have the same investors, pension funds, equity funds etc.

The trump family are making billions lets not forget from this presidency, a long time from jimmy carter having to give up his peanut farm to avoid conflicts of interest

It’s a prerequisite of taking office, that you either give up all of your business interests or mothball them until your term has finished.

Of course Trump completely ignored this and he’s been allowed to get away with it, both this term and his last.

Just what he’s doing with his golf courses alone and using his presidency to inflate membership fees alone is bringing him millions of dollars more.
