New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Exactly

We've got Merseyrail with underground stations etc. Unfortunately the percentage coverage isn't great.... so maybe that can be expanded if the loop lines can be resurrected. Gliders/Trackless trams could fill in some of the gaps for the eastern arterial routes and all the suburbs they pass through.
Exactly. Gliders to Moorfields and Bank Hall relieves the pressure slightly on Sandhills.

If its stuck in traffic it won't.

Yes, they will need their own dedicated matchday bus lanes to work.... but that would apply to traditional trams too. Priority at lights would also be a big advantage. The proximity to the city centre is the key, as that has easily enough public transport capacity to cope with a 50k stadium (daytime). If a clear pathway is achieved, it's literally a few mins shuttle journey. Car drivers stuck in traffic, seeing a continuous free flowing line of gliders will be far more likely to leave their cars at home/town..... freeing up road space for those with mobility and access difficulties. The junction at Leeds St and Grt Howard St will probably need some attention as this formed a reall bottle neck prematch for the 2nd test event. Some dedicated services to the eastern suburbs could also help alleviate congestion. Hopefully a station at Vauxhall can also be pushed for.

Just lower left hand side I think.

I think they've said upper and lower for cup game allocations. That might change in the future if they find that operationally, increased lower tier allocation is easier to manage. I believe LFC were originally going to have away fans on upper and lower tiers of the Anfield Rd stand. This has since changed.

They probably realized that having away fans in the upper tier would deprive some of their lot the chance to lob stuff on top of the travelling fans.

I assume that’s physical seats installed, doesn’t include ‘spaces’ for disabled fans in wheelchairs etc presumably, so that 52,835 won’t be the actual capacity?

That said, I only posted that image because I like to use it in any circumstance related to anything when there’s an opportunity to use it 🤷🏻‍♂️

If the number of seats quoted in this image remains true and the previously stated 279 wheel chair spaces is also still accurate then the spectator capacity should be 53,144.
