Yeah, it'll be a great look for new owners in their first summer transfer window: selling our most valuable player and re-signing older players who's contracts have ended.

What a message that'd send to fans of the brave new world under them.
They could do what brighton have done which is sell their valuable players and reinvest the money in several young players to improve the squad

I would say their first act was reorganize our finances to free us from crippling interest payments.

Their second act was removing dyche and bringing in moyes clearing us from any threat of relegation.

Their third act was to secure one of the more lucrative naming rights deal for the new stadium.

But yeah you’re ready to give up on them.

You make great points I am not going to argue them but I am talking about their ambition in the transfer market.

All the great business moves above just help improve their value and that’s fine because it helps the club.

What am saying is they need to show us that they’re going to really push this club on the pitch and that’s all that really matters to us fans, can’t have a parade for a decent balance sheet.

I am not saying they won’t do just cautious about their ambition but it will come clear.

The best way for TFG to show ambition is not by going on some random Moshiri transfer splurge to win newspaper headlines in my opinion.

They need to show ambition by building stronger foundations in every area of the club on and off the field. Drive up commercial revenues. Optimise use of BMD. Acquire and develop Nelson Dock and elsewhere to expand the club’s footprint. Hire/retain good people in every department. Invest in enhancing Finch Farm. Strengthen the academy. Rebuild the women’s organisation and optimise the platform at Goodison. Make sensible player investments for the men’s first team.

Continuously look to improve everything in every area. That is genuinely ambitious.
