The fit out does not sound anywhere near ready yet. It would be interesting to know how far along things are.

Article on the BBC about the problems Real Madrid is having with the noise from concerts bothering residents and they’ve now ended up in court over it. Could well be a very shrewd move by us picking up the waterfront location for big events. Presumably there’d be similar issues if Anfield suddenly started putting on more and more concerts each year with the local residents (mind you there’ll hardly be any left after that lot have finished running them out of their homes)

Agreed not sure about the clever though ! Let's be fair about it, if you rent a Council house for years you get a massive rebate when you eventually buy it.

There's a few on here like that I've noticed, someone puts a comment about what they think and some smarmy get comes back with a sarcastic answer, he could have just ignored me or put it in a nicer way.

At least that suggests the fit-out is underway so you would assume it will be ready for the beginning of the season. There have been various snippets here and elsewhere to suggest it had not started at all, as of recently.

It's a load of nonsense, mate. The issue with the fitting out was that the company fitting out felt some of the leeway in the build's measurements wasn't enough.

That's been remedied (and continues to be) with the help of Laing, who have been onsite, and the fit out has started. In some spaces, the carpets even down*.

*This is one the last things they'll do.
