New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

52,000 is a bit low and may soon be about the tenth biggest in the Premier league.

But as others have said would we have preferred Gillmoss or somewhere [Poor language removed] like that - a cheaper 60,000 (extendable to 75,000) stadium with potential for lots of empty seats? OR a rock solid not-much-extendable 52,000 in a far better location that we will nearly always fill?
I wish people could round.

"how much are the trainers?"
"£13.89"
"sound, £13 trainers"

How much is the house?
"£389,987"
"fantastic, only £300k"

This is baloney.

Wish people would stop telling us this rubbish.

They didn't go over 60k because the then hierarchy were weak, had no belief in the fan base. I mean who on earth comes up with 52888? It's just a few hundred more that Newcastle. If they had ambition if they had bo locks, they have just gone biggest stadium outside OT. None of this size envy nonsense from Meis.

Made a balls up on number of seats we have to live with it. Maybe TFG might find ways to increase the capacity, squeeze more in.
Are we still doing this willy waving thing about who has the bigger stadium 🤦‍♂️

That's going to confuse people, like Bootle FC playing at the Berry Street Garages stadium, nowhere near Berry Street.
The bar isn’t called The County Road, it’s a ‘County Road’ bar, namely Segura who are opening a new venue. Remains to be seen what it will be called but surely they keep Segura as it’d be a known name. It’s a P
poorly worded article title to be fair.

Speaking of building facades, are there any preservation concerns with the pubs etc? Should the club be involved with protecting the areas history.
