2024/25 Idrissa Gueye

Why does every thread on this forum evoke the spirit of a davinci code book? , with someone analyzing and trying to decipher past statements them making bold declarations on the truth of the situation
You're right
We should analyse past statements to decipher the hidden truth and then write a book
I'm picking up what you're throwing down there *taps nose*

Reported on other forum that his famaily are still living there.
His wife posted something on X about walking around Goodison with the family on the final day, very complimentary and loved Everton, were his kids born here as well?
Maybe he just wants one last fling at something different, I guess it depends on the terms being offered.

Yeah I wondered whether he has an affiliation with the club, or loved Paris that much.
He certainly didn’t get on with the French Football Federation.
One of the major reasons he left PSG was the arguments he had over his refusal to play wearing an inclusive “rainbow” logo on his shirt.
He got referred to the Federation’s Ethics committee over it.

I don't feel good about where things are headed with Idrissa. Looks like he's probably going to have a choice between us, Saudi, and France. Saudi will offer the most money and France will offer him the best family situation (and, given Paris FC's wealth, plenty of cash, too). If he felt strongly about staying here, I think he would've signed by now.

I don’t think we offered any of them contracts until about a week and a half ago
