Transfer Rumour Liam Delap

I can`t remember the last time it was ever mentioned that Man U were paying in instalments, can you ?

I`m not saying that they don`t sign players on instalments, like everyone else does, but you normally don`t hear about it.

It was the first thing that struck me when I read that Cunha was signing - " that`s odd, I can`t remember Man U ever putting it out in public, that they`re paying in instalments ".

With them being " der biggest team in the werld ", it`s not something that they normally do.
Ratcliffe will be crowd funding player purchases within a few years. He hates spending his own money.

That's not them out of the running. They've had Delap and Cunha as their primary targets for a while and all the United journos have said they can do these two deals without selling anyone, but anything after that will require players out.
So Ratcliffe says they were months away from insolvency, fired a bunch of staff, said no more food for the staff that remains, and yet they can spend 100mil on 2 players without any issue. Seems maybe they weren’t in as bad of shape as he suggested then.

United only owe the £320m in transfer fees at the moment!! Whats another £20 or so million on top, when you've got the corrupt PL running the show

They've announced they want to build a £1b stadium (using public money obviously). They were never running out of money, they are just cheapskates.

Surprised they haven’t wheeled out those keyboard warriors on social media to try and get Ipswich to lower the fee because he’s “rubbish” again 🙄

Absolute clown club and make us look like Brighton, sooner they get relegated next season the better

I doubt it. Who's buying Barnes for 45m? They literally didn't get their money back on Wood mate.

And yes, there is a table, since Moyes returned they have the same number of points as us. Having spent 500m.

Would you pay 30m+ on Livramento or Hall? Or 60 odd on Tonali? I'm not sure I would.

Isak and Gordon have been great buys.
Has Gordon been a great buy though...he has been terrible the past few months and he didn't even play in the League Cup Final.

Circa £45-£50 million compared with Ndaiye for under £20 million.

No comparison as far as I'm concerned.

Gordon is massively overrated just because he's English. That's the reality. He's a runner. Very fit and well conditioned - credit to him. He's effective in a high press but he will never have the ability of a player like Ndaiye who also works hard off the ball.

see the horse punchers not too keen on him anymore and questioning his attitude.

Think he is being found out again.

Think he was serving a suspension? But agree otherwise. Always been a tad overrated.
