Yeah I wouldn't be surprised if this plays a big part in our summer. I just hope the groundwork has been done already/currently being done. Happy to give benefit of the doubt until we hear more.

With the ownership change, actual cash shouldn't be an issue. It's likely spelled out in the loan agreement as well.

PSR could be an issue, doesn't seem likely. It would be a 50-100k charge on the 24-25 accounts if purchased before June 30th.
