It's an absolute disgrace to be honest. He works hard etc and that's great but no amount of running will hide how it's an abject state of affairs that we were playing someone of his standard so much.

I don't have any ill will toward Jack. He should be having a wonderful MLS career, but I don't want to think about how bleak things would have been without having him in to plug a gaping whole in our squad.

I will say he's a left-sided player who was shoe-horned into the right side position. Worked hard, reliable player. Cost nothing but wages when we were broke, glad he's moving on.
