Likely, he does remind me a lot of Cahill tbh. Moyes has preferred his no.10s to be tall and physical since the late 2000s, but if he's confident Alcaraz will chip in with goals he'll probably be a starter. Still think we'll get Soucek though.

Yeah I thought he'd just headed it over initially as it was so quick, turned out to be a cracking save at that pace. Think that would have smashed off the underside of the bar and into the back of the net.

….i do wonder if he’ll be more effective away from home, breaking against the opposition as opposed to trying to break teams down. Terrific yesterday.

It depends whether that pinpoint cross he hit a few games ago was a fluke. If he can hit those, he will be effective in any game.

….yep, thought about that but we did struggle to break Ipswich down in open play. I know we scored a couple and there was loads of crosses but their keeper didn’t have much to do.

I’m sure that can be remedied with more quality elsewhere.
