New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I expect all of the western elevation and the North/South west corners are sealed along with any hospitality spaces etc. Ultimately, the GA concourses are akin to a multi-storey car park. I think you'll be surprised at how well protected from the elements they are...however, they will not be particularly warm in winter!
The ale farts will take care of that I guess and the extra ventilation in the summer would be beneficial at the same time.

This is baloney.

Wish people would stop telling us this rubbish.

They didn't go over 60k because the then hierarchy were weak, had no belief in the fan base. I mean who on earth comes up with 52888? It's just a few hundred more that Newcastle. If they had ambition if they had bo locks, they have just gone biggest stadium outside OT. None of this size envy nonsense from Meis.

Made a balls up on number of seats we have to live with it. Maybe TFG might find ways to increase the capacity, squeeze more in.
My sentiments exactly.

52,000 is a bit low and may soon be about the tenth biggest in the Premier league.

But as others have said would we have preferred Gillmoss or somewhere [Poor language removed] like that - a cheaper 60,000 (extendable to 75,000) stadium with potential for lots of empty seats? OR a rock solid not-much-extendable 52,000 in a far better location that we will nearly always fill?

We’ll always fill it

That's good news then. I looked at the fixtures they've had in the CL recently and punched in Dortmund vs Barcelona attendance. I didn't clock it was from 2019 though. Must be a new thing to allow them then?
If I remember correctly, it has been the case for 22/23.
At least in the German stadiums, the full capacity including standing room was allowed again.
As a test. Has proven itself.

Sitting in a fast food establishment somewhere nr Ashbourne, Derby. Lot's of tourists in here obviously heading up for the "parade"

Sorry, won’t have a bad word said about the wok. Class grub made by class people.

Speaking of which and of more concern that our stadium being slightly delayed, spoke to the boss man in there last Sunday, the fit out of the hot wok on the dock is behind schedule and it may not be ready for the start of the season.

Not gonna lie, I’m devastated.
Never had been in or had from there tbh. Is it really good?
