Excellent today though should have done better with the header and then the left footed shot at the end. But he gave their centre halves a proper game and brought others into play.

Weird decision to cut in, with his pace you'd think he be running down the space on the right.

I feel like in the last few weeks Beto has really made his case as the best striker at the club. I wouldn't have an offer on the table for DCL any more, would be happy for Beto to be one of two main strikers next season.

Played well today. As a three up front Beto Charly and Ilman work really well together going forward. A defense can`t focus on keeping one or two of them quite because the third will always be there looking to cause trouble.

Beto’s form makes it ok to take a bit more of a risk on someone like Delap who might grow to be top class, rather than needing to buy guaranteed goals in an older player who can do a job

The improvement in his technique since Moyes has arrived is something else.

It makes total sense, what Moyes said about him seeming like a young striker. He’s clearly got the desire to learn and hunger to improve.

Scored more. had slighly less shots before today, more on target, less starts, less playing time.Looked more dangerous, could have scored many more and so much more. about a month ago. he was in the top 6 for goals scored via all players since Moyes came - May have changed since, but not a clue
