I think the exact opposite

O'Brien did a pretty good job as a hybrid right back and, if Branthwaite stays, you'd assume him and Tarkowski will be the first choice CB pairing so most of O'Brien's playing time will still come as a right back. Don't get me wrong, I want to sign a new right back as well, but Mykolenko's lack of ability with the ball is one of the major flaws in our approach play - a new starting left back is, to me, a bigger priority than a starting right back (though both should 100% be on the priority list this summer).

i agree, however, i think there’s a good few right backs available on a free we should be looking at

if jake gets injured we need better than patterson or coleman

coleman in all honesty shouldnt get a minute next year apart from a 10 min run out at bramley moore

Great at times today. Need these performances for the full 90 minutes. Possible that'll only come when our centre mids are good enough to control the game though.

When he’s triple-covered he needs to think pass a little more. And when he’s isolated he needs to think shoot a little more. Just a few tweaks only. He’s great.

He's ganged up on a lot because there's little threat coming from elsewhere on the pitch. Hopefully that changes soon.
That’s good if we have an Alcaraz or McNeil (or better) along side him, give them more space.

It was great to see him wriggle away from 3 of their players just before he went off - he was injured then too!
