Never understood why every game isn't available, legally, today.
The games are sold out weeks ago,and the live decision is under a week before games kick off.
So nobody is cancelling going.
I'd argue, like the barcodes, our game should be a pick.

I think we'll attempt to park the bus today but regret it when we realise it's Keano charged with keeping out Isak.

Unfortunately I can see it coming down to a midfield battle (where they'll create loads of chances, we'll create few) and that's a no-contest against these.

Would absolutely love a win clearly, but a backs-to-the-wall draw would be great, especially if we got a late equaliser.

Utterly bizarre that Sky are showing the RS Palace game. Can't they just show the trophy lift at the end? Literally nobody cares about the actual game except Kopites and the handful of Palace fans who are still sober after celebrating winning the FA Cup.

I would imagine the viewing figures afterwards will back me up.

The kick off if they didn't show the rs would be biblical. They've won the title, they're collecting it today so no surprise it's on. Plus for viewing figures alone it makes sense to show it as its basically redmen TV

Ah thought he was touch and go to play, and you'd imagine given the significance of the game if he was 50/50 they'd probably chance it. In any case, yes, go ed Keano la: Overhead kick, left-footed volley from 28 yards, and a thunderous header to win it on 98 minutes

I honestly felt like the arse had fallen out of my world for about an hour after the Highbury massacre. Seven freaking nil - unheard of at Everton in my lifetime. But then I went on Teletext to look at the table. Six points above the shyte. Unassailable. I felt better.

If the same happened today I'd just laugh tbh. That aside did we really get 'tonked' under Moyes by CL sides last game? The 5-0 at City was under Ancelotti. The 5-1 vs Arse was under Lampard, three days after our great escape v Palace.

Racking my brain roledex, but generally we became stronger as Moyes seasons went on in his first spell.

I thought all games would have been live today. Thought sky would be salivating at a 5 team battle for CL. Instead we get a RS love in. It'll be played like a training match.
