I see a lot of negativity in this thread.
I get the fact that Newcastle are playing for a European place and that the result (as far as league placement is concerned) isn't important to us. . .
but I can actually see this playing out in our favour.
ALL the pressure is on them and the longer the game goes without them scoring, the more that pressure builds.
COYB lets ruin their day 0-1 (apologies to any horses who may be affected by this)

That none of the uk channels have asked to show Forrest v Chelsea is absolutely criminal and just shows that the producers/decision makers are all RS whoppers.

Nobody else matters in the eyes of the media darlings.

….thought this might an option on Sky TV this afternoon but not seeing us in the listings. They are building up the race for Europe but the only game I can see is RS.

Sky have the RS game for the trophy lift and Forest/Chelsea as that’s the biggest of the games involving the CL contenders, TNT have Villa’s game at United meaning ours (for Newcastle), City at Fulham and the games involving Brighton and Brentford (for the potential bonus place if Chelsea miss CL but win the Conference in midweek) left in the cold

You literally just made me remember a dream. I think we were drawing at the time 0-0. - I don’t know how the game finished, in the dream my Mrs was whinging for me to get ready for dinner at 6pm

Utterly bizarre that Sky are showing the RS Palace game. Can't they just show the trophy lift at the end? Literally nobody cares about the actual game except Kopites and the handful of Palace fans who are still sober after celebrating winning the FA Cup.

I would imagine the viewing figures afterwards will back me up.

Not sure which one was the most terrifying or if they were all equally excruciating but it is definitely nice to be in the position whereby our winning only has a consequence for the opponent
