I’ve been in it twice now, albeit not the corporate sections, and it’s more or less done.

I’ve watched two footy matches take place, bought at least £30 worth of food and drink, being served really quickly, and also had at least 3 pees and managed 1 dump in it, so it’s fully operational and ready to go, bar a few minor titivations to the interior decor.

Also been told that they are fitting the last bar area out now, so should all be done I reckon.

We will play the matches at the start of the season there imo.

And why would they feel the need to issue their schedules for public comment? It's a construction project, they're not publishing their accounts.

And LOR handed over their part of the build almost 6 months ago so not sure what you think they have to do with it?

3 months for an internal fit-out is not an impossible delivery by any stretch of the imagination. They don't have to do any strip out, they're building out an empty shell. A lot of it will be stud walling, and furniture install. I would only be remotely concerned if they haven't started it before the end of the month.

Fit-out conpletion can happen very quickly. They can just chuck a shed load of people at it. Area completion doesn't have to happen sequentially, they can all be worked on at the same time. You can effectively complete 30 boxes in the time it takes to complete 1.

Not overly so, and perhaps Ive read it wrong, but the fact its not a refurb, and its all just 2nd fix, makes it much easier. Testing will happen as part of the commissioning process. First fix commission will already be completed prior to last December's handover, so they only have to test at the point of use now. I just dont see a panic with 3 months to go.

The Buckingham group that were involved were in financial distress during whole thing, which meant they started cutting a lot of corners hence why it's crumbling after only a couple of years.

LFC did zero due diligence on their chosen contractor. Everton did.

Funny you should say that, as they've actually done it. It's got a retro 70's theme going on with all them shades of Brown. Giulia makes her entrance at 3:25.
