Back page was somehow stuck / attached to the glue on inside of envelope so ripped trying to get it out! Also looked half open already!
Hoping they replace it for me.

Mine turned up in good condition, certainly better than if I had bought it at the ground and then had to roll it up to put in my pocket, or put under my seat with the amount of movement all around.
As @alan ball isn't a company it's perfectly reasonable to expect to pay a bit more in postage and I'd imagine will be a bargain to someone when you can no longer order from the printers.
