2024/25 Jarrad Branthwaite

His value will go up again next season when we are a top 10 team.

Its a hard road for an Everton starter (even one whose stats show we concede half as many goals when he plays) to get the recognition of an unused sub at the RS, but eventually teams will come in for him. Can't really see an offer that would be worth considering this summer

I thought Carlito Ancelotti might have wanted him at Madric but he's gone now and they've brought in Huijsen instead.

Liverpool would love him as a long-term replacement for van Dijk, but that one isn't happening. Obviously United need a new centre back and will have serious money to spend in the summer if they win tonight, which they ought to against Spurs with pyar injuries. Arsenal seem pretty sorted for centre backs, as are Chelsea, although that's not stopped them from adding loads of players in recent years despite not needing them at all. Newcastle? If they get Champions League again they'll probably use it as another step up the ladder and splash a few hundred million on transfers. Branthwaite comes from up north n'all, if it counts for anything.

I'd go Newcastle, Chelsea or City as potential destinations. But hopefully he stays.

I struggle to see who's buying him...United and Chelsea are up their neck in PSR.

Arsenal are well stocked

Lipuwl are a no go.
Unfortunately PSR doesn't seem to apply to some teams - Utd still being able to spend having spunked a net spend of hundreds of millions and high salaries in recent years is wild even allowing for their revenue.

I hope Utd don't win tonight as not reaching the Champions League would really put them out of the running.

Newcastle would surely be interested but I'm thinking PSR would prevent them?

I get this but United are in an absolute mess top to bottom financially.

We all know the Red Cartel are in bed with the PL but they physically can't keep spending with impunity.

Even more so I struggle to see Radcliffe sanctioning a massive spending spree...they've been linked Cunha 62 mil,Gyokores 50 Mil, Jarrad will cost the best part of 60 mil.

They're snookered mate.

Not sure on the first part of your post mate, as haz been proven over the past years PSR is nothing to do with United or Chelsea, United in debt to their eyeballs, will buy who they like and like Chelsea will do fiddles galore to allow it.

Listen I may be proved wrong here but how many more fiddles can Chelsea and United pull out their back side to keep financing massive spending sprees?

I just don't see personally.

All will come to light by the end of August.👍

Alex crook ,
The clown utd fan on talkSPORT thinks they’re getting Delap, Cunha and the Villa keeper martineli and that’s just in the
Next few weeks

I see that the media have already begun their annual pieces to try and sell him for us this summer. Athletic have put up a snippet in a recent article about CBs. Aside from them trying to sell him, it was interesting to see how his style has changed a little this year, with a lot more progressive carrying and passing to his game.

Remember last season the narrative about him from neutrals/United fans that were against signing him was that he was a plodder that couldn't play but the stats are now showing he is capable with the ball, it just completely depends on who your manager is. Under Dyche he had no chance to showcase that side to his game.
