Not his fault

Good.

He's had good games and he's had crap games.

Genuinely an enigma of a player. I still don't think we ever got the best out of him and didn't play him properly until his legs had gone.

Not a big enigma to be honest.
He's got a third lung and tremendous workrate, but is a crap footballer.

Bar a spell under Lampard i think he was a good pro and always put in a good shift and seemed very popular with the other players . Scored a few big goals too and boiled the rs piss too.

Will always be grateful for the Bournemouth goal, and for some of his performances under Dyche particularly early on. Think it’s one of those scenarios however where it has run its course naturally and it’s best for both parties to move on. Good signing overall, leaving at the right time. His wage can now be better used elsewhere. All the best Doucs.

Can't really criticise him, apart from acknowledging that he was difficult to watch whenever he played in the number 10 role. That Bournemouth goal will always be in our history, but it's the right moment to move on.

I expect Moyes will look to sign Alcaraz permanently, along with another who brings similar qualities to Doucouré. Souček isn’t a bad option on paper, but certainly not worth the £25 million or more they’re likely to ask.
