Richard Masters

I think he quite likely gets off on being the pantomime villain. Being called a rat or having the Premier League anthem booed won't bother him in the slightest when he's dining at the best restaurants a few hours later before going home to his multi-million pound mansion.
I was 10 feet away from him on Goodison Road - and he was very much bothered.

It’s one thing to be sat in your office where the consequences of your decisions are abstract and distant. It’s another thing to be right in the middle of the densest crowd of people you’ve wronged who are venting their fury directly at your face.

He was not enjoying being the pantomime villain anymore than he was enjoying the filling of his underpants.

One of many, many self interested people who land a job way above their skill set and way above any salary they may deserve, because of connections within British institutions, rather than merit or relevant qualification. Put it down to old school ties, university cliques, relations with aristocracy, bribery, blackmail, the Catinians or the Masons - I'd put money on him landing that job one of those ways, rather than merit.

Easy to think richdd people don't care, they very much do care in my experiences, more so than us mere mortals I would say.

Yes, but sympathy tends to go out the window when they are complaining about what affects them as others are suffering from the lack of essential support and services.

The cynic in me reckons that he may have even been hoping that a fan provoked him so that he'd be armed with another stick to beat us with. He very clearly doesn't like us...
I think so too, maybe a crowd ban for a number of games… thankfully no-one rose to give him a chance on that.
