2024/25 Iliman Ndiaye

When he is on it, he is absolutely magical, love him, gets arses off of seats and excited.

Think he is another who can easily become a everton Icon, i think he has another gear to go up, hes struggled post injury with getting up to fitness but today showed his sharpness was back.

We have had nothing like him for years.

Miles better than Mirallas, and much more consistent

Honestly he's the best winger I've seen in the shirt for a long long time. Possibly the best since Kanchelskis. His numbers will get better too if we improve the side over the summer, he spent half a season in an out-of-sorts ultra defensive setup and still produced the output he did which is phenomenal

do prefer him playing off the left. Even though his goal started from a more central part of the pitch. I think when he wanders in from the wing it causes more problems for the opposition.

He’ll score 12-15 with a full year of Moyes.

Just got to improve his awareness of others around him and start looking to get his assist stats higher up.

But as far as 1st seasons go, goals wise he can be very proud of his efforts and what a feeling it must have been today to get his name etched in Goodisons history books

The key will be his 2nd season. If he can stay injury free next season and deliver 10+ goals that would be great.

Quite surprising he hasnt got a single assist this season. I suspect that improves with a consistent and superior 10 inside him.

Absolutely wonderful player. Mostly played out wide but has scored 9 in 28 league starts this season. Bring him to the number 10 position, get real wingers and a top striker in and he'll look even better, and we will fly up the league. Delighted with him this season. He's contracted until 2029 when he'll be 29, so probably another impressive showing next year will get him a pay rise. He's vying alongside Pickford and Branthwaite for runner up in POTS.

Hard to get assists when you look up to see doucs standing offside and staring into space like Forrest Gump and Beto running into an office position , as your options to go forward …

Put better players around him , like actual footballers … and he will improve massively

I know it wont happen, but I would like to see him given a free role anywhere across the front line. He has the footballing intelligence to do it, and if he has a few more intelligent players around him, he could be devastating!

Not the same player I know but he reminds me of a pacier, more direct Pienaar. And I say that with love for SP, but Illy has that natural quality that can change games in our favour. I just hope we go into the next season with better quality around him which will also see us the get most out of him as a consequence.

was a little bit worried the injury he got earlier in the season may have caused some long term damage but he's still class
Took a couple games to work off the rust is all. Others will disagree but if we’re in City’s squad, he’d play ahead of what they have now with the likes of Doku and Savinho. He’s got that level of ability. Looking forward to seeing him play next season with better attackers around him.

Fully agree on Illy. Add Gana to the pots conversation though.
