Putting DCL on in Doucoures position totally nullified us .

I'd like us to sign him and it seemslikea gooddeal. But mainly I don't want Doucoure (or Soucek) playing there next season.

To be fair you probably need more than 30 minutes or whatever to get it to work properly.

Weirdly whenever we put them both up front we seem to stop crossing the ball.

Considering we were 2 offside goals from a major rout changing the shape didn't help at all.

I think Moyes was planning to bring dcl on for Beto later in the game but Branthwaite injury meant he had to make the sub there as he had no more sub windows left and then and he decided he’d rather keep Beto on because he deserved a goal and Ily already had two
