I think if you watched him leave the pitch you have your answer anyway.Today’s peformance was simply confirmation as to why he ‘hopefully’ won’t get a new contract offer. We’ve moved on from relegation scraps, we need a better profile of player now, someone more capable of passing a ball. I wish him well but he absolutely MUST go.

You always say this but he's played loads of times when we've lost. Correlation does not automatically equal causation.…we won today with him starting, we didn’t against Ipswich when he wasn’t available.
We can all see how dreadfully poor he is in possession but there’s no doubt we’re more effective when he plays. We clearly need to move on from him but it’s not as simple as playing Alcaraz instead of him, the whole squad/team needs a re-set.

Not so important that he's being offered a new contract on terms that he deems acceptable, apparently. I'll be glad to see the back of him. Today we had three or four promising counter attacks that all broke down due to his truly dreadful use of the football. The onus now is to find a player with Doucoure's positive attribute but that also can hold on to a football and can pass a football.…of course he has but we don’t do well without him.
A manager like Moyes is in the points business, he plays generally selects Doucoure and chooses between Ndiaye and Alcaraz. He does that because he thinks it’s his best chance of winning. Seems odd to non-professionals like us but he clearly has a strong view that Doucoure is important.
