Goodison has always had a good attendance from the Royal family, its the right colour blue, perhaps he could stay at the prince's tower for the night !! 😂
 

I moved abroad in the late 80’s, sadly haven’t seen the lads I travelled the country with through the highs and lows since. We saw all Latchford’s 30, did every home and away for almost 10 years. Bayern Munich, Rotterdam and Wembley countless times. What an incredible stage of my life, not a single regret.



I managed to get back home for a game earlier in the season and was so happy to have said goodbye. I stood there in tears at the end then, guaranteed I’ll be in bits watching on telly on Sunday.



So many memories, the laughs, the tears, the raw emotion of the standing Street End.

Sure, but it should at least be reserved for occasions where the team have done the coub proud. This side have done nothing, absolutely nothing to warrant being honoured. Their home record in this final, historic season at Goodison has been nothing short of shameful. Even by the piss poor standards we've had in recent years its been absolutely unacceptable. There's a couple of players who deserve better but for the most part, that whole side is an utter disgrace to the shirt.

Think you have the wrong take on this.
The end of season lap of appreciation is primarily for the players to show their appreciation of the supporters.
This lot have more cause to be appreciative of that support than ANY of our successful teams.

Meh. I can't be arsed with more of their empty words and tedious, disenguous clapping. I've seen and heard enough from them. I'd sooner they just go away and leave us to enjoy the post match stuff.

Ordered mine in Feb.

When I ordered it, Reach Sport Shop had it's usual disclaimer it might not be delivered;

  • Due to the volumes of this programme, copies will be dispatched after the game, w/c 19th May.
So anyone who pre-ordered, will get it after the match.

I figure they're prioritising stock in shops/around the stadium.
