Inspired by a comments in the drunk thread, what are the best frozen chips for an air fryer?

I’ve found Sainsbury’s skin on extra crispy chips to be superior to anything from McCain so far, but the safe advice of Goats finest culinary experts would be most welcome.

Unfortunately despite a huge distribution centre not far from me, my locale is currently not served by The Asda.

Convenience more than anything, but they seem comparable or cheaper to what’s available locally. Alternative's are Tesco, M&$ or Waitro$$e.

There is an Aldi and a Lidl not to far away, but the speed and ferocity they sling your groceries down to the bagging area does my head in.

Anyway - recommendations for Chippy chips?

20 minutes in the air fryer

I'm not a fussy eater - but I'm not fond of skin on my chips. Always taste burned to me - so it depends what you're looking for when you say "best". I don't like the skinny dry things the yanks tey to oalm off as chips. I prefer a fat soggy waxy interior with a bit of crispy around the edges.
Great personal input mate, exactly what @Bedfordblue was after I think.
