It does literally say on the ordering page that because of the volumes of this issue of the programme, it’ll be shipped after the game

Anyone else think its Suss we got Southampton last game at GP?

100%. They obviously thought we were in with a chance of winning the league and wanted to give us a couple of easy matches at the end of the season to help get us over the line.

City fan here, just wanted to wish you lads and lasses good luck for your last game at Goodison. I know from leaving Maine Road it will be a bitter sweet day but the big thing is the new place u r moving to looks phenomenal, and I look forward to visiting it next season.

One other thing - I am an FOC and have been to Goodison over 30 times, and compared to your Norwegian “neighbours “ you lot are sound (last time it wasn’t sound was 1981 in the cup quarter final, that was a dodgy day!). As an example I went in the Taxi club near the ground with my 2 teenage lads before the recent game, sat down with some of your fans and as usual they were friendly and sound. The biggest myth in football as peddled by the media is that Everton fans want liverpool (small l) to do well - I don’t think I have met a single match going Everton fan who feels that way.

Anyway enough of my prattling on, enjoy Sunday, and funnily enough you have the same opposition as we had for the last game at Maine Road (of course being City in those days we managed to lose!)

yes I would go for a 2-2 or even a 3-3 here. The occasion will over-awe the players methinks. bit like a cup final (the day after a cup final).

I just wanted to see if Shamoon ignored all the Goodison pageantry and asked Moyes what he thought of the title winners and whether he’s ever seen a defender as good as VVD. Utterly hopeless.
