That's rubbish my relation states everyone, bar a few just drives at 30 MP & when one person decides to drive at 20mph apart from cyclist taking them over it causes tail gaiting - plus the speeding fines have gone up - Schools Hospitals & accident roads = yes - majority of other roads = no !
