It's because they're all cartoons he's already done - so most are recent/on the nature of piss taking.

Really like the style though, but would rather a version with just genuine legends on.

Tell him mate.

Tell him straight why its important that you are there together on Sunday. Tell him why it's eaten you up inside that he hasn't been there with you and it's absolutely killed you.

Tell him that you've been paying for the 2 season tickets in the hope there's a reconciliation because through everything, this is the one thing you have in common with him and the one thing you've always done together.

If he still can't reconsider his position (and I'm not going to pry and ask why) then you've done all you can mate and I can assure you the person sitting next to you, whoever that may be will still give you a hug if you need one cos they probably will do as well.

Genuinely mate, I hope you get it sorted because it's only right that you are both there together for the last match.

Looking from the outside in not knowing the circumstances which are none of our business, just make sure you have no regrets for your own sake come Sunday by telling him how much this means to you, what you have done regarding tickets for Sunday and for the new stadium. Tell him how you truly feel. Leave all your cards on the table. Least you know yourself you have done all you can in that regard and won't regret holding things back when Sunday comes. Even if the response you get is positive or not. If you cant do it face to face write him a letter.

I'd have loved to be at this game, but the ballot gods deemed otherwise. I won't even be able to watch it all, due to family commitments. I'm glad I got there this season, and nobody will be able to take the many great memories away from me, particularly the Andy King one. I'll always have them.

Watching this at the pub I habitually frequent at 7am Eastern time in Pittsburgh PA on a Sunday, not sure if any other local Everton fans will be conscious to attend, but I'll be there to witness the historic occasion honoring a legendary storied football institution and hopefully a brutal thrashing of Southampton.
