What are your phobias / irrational fears?

My one is spiders. Hate Hate Hate them even the little ones. Can't sleep if I know one is in the same room as me.
Was in a bar a good few years back when I felt something crawling up inside my t-shirt. A huge barsteward of a spider crawled up my neck and covered half of my face. Your one I was with pegged it as did the crowd on the 2 tables beside me. I was screaming like a girl inside my head but somehow managed to hold it together and not make a holy show of myself. Got a nasty little bite on the neck off the fecker aswel.
Been to Australia twice was dreading the first time going especially after seeing videos of those huntsmen spiders. Actually didn't see 1 spider the couple times I been there.

Had a friend in college who kept a can of bug spray, then kind that reaches 10+ ft, just for spiders.

Myself, I'm terrified of

Especially the splattering on the ground part after the fall.

I am mortified of tightly closed spaces where you can barely move. I can't even watch the videos of the cavers going into tight spaces. I honestly don't understand the thrill of caving...and some people do this underwater. Crazy.

You wouldn't enjoy a brain MRI. Had one when I originally went in to hospital. Guy who was running the machine said he's had Navy SEALS who couldn't hack it. I believe him.

Thinking about tight space like that doesn't particularly bother me too much till I saw a video about a guy in a cave who got trapped in a tight space and died. It was a very uncomfortable watch detailing what happened. I had a couple of restless nights thinking about it after

Not a fan of level crossings - don't trust the warning tech not to fail.

Or buttons.

Or Swindon (nearest town).

Not sure I'd call them phobias, just things I like to avoid.
Was in a fairly good hotel last month and getting into a lift the doors closed immediately pinning my arms to my side. Had to push hard with my elbows against the doors to free myself. So ya since that I don't trust buttons, sensors etc

Hearing the rattle of a snake, looking down and realizing it's 2 foot away, coiled up and looking ready to strike all whilst knowing you're in the middle of the Navajo Nation and likely a min of 4 hours away from getting to a hospital if you get whacked. Desert hiking, innit...the Aussie's will know what I mean. I was 20; and very lucky I was good at the high jump. I realize that's not really a phobia as I will still go hiking but f me if it didn't make me brick it.
