He got 6 goals and 2 assists in 21/22 . Not too dis similar to be honest

He can play and be a threat on the left cutting in or as a split striker

It probably comes down to what others have said about the players around him, we haven’t got a fullback that can bomb down the wing which would allow him to cut in, similar with being a split striker.

I’m not sure if we’ve seen him play the way he was envisioned to when we signed him to be honest. He seemed to get flung out to the left as a makeshift winger and he’s stayed there.

I like him. I thinks he’s quality and he tries to create. But…a fondness for too many touches and a tendency to delay a pass until too late.

Teams are making it hard for him.

He's our most creative player so team are stifling him.

The more quality we add to the team the more freedom he will get on the pitch.

Hundred percent.

Good players create space for their team mates,the next thing is bringing in players that will complement him.

I do think Moyes with go for the LB with more attacking guile than Myko.

love how doucoure can run his mouth to ben foster and get a start but Ily seems to be punished for not being effective against Ipswich

quality showed when he came on and we don’t have many with the speed of thought or movement he showed for the Beto goal

hopefully back in the starting eleven for Southampton on the left, alongside Alcaraz and McNeil

Alcaraz and Ndiaye should be two of the first names on the team sheet every week, it's nice to have two quick tidy inventive players in the attack. Hopefully,the days of having a big athlete with limited football ability as second striker will be over come the start of next season. If he feels he needs a player to run around breaking things up, he should try Villa Tim, he does the without the ball stuff as enthusiastically as Doucoure, but is so much better on the ball.

Goal and assist return maybe but N’daiye also does the graft too.

I don't have concerns about Moyes getting the best of him, more can we find other players that can release him to be the best he can be.

He really reminds me of pienaar and pienaar was absolutely brilliant under Moyes. But we also had arteta, baines, osman etc. to carry the creative element of the side.

We don't really have that currently.
