He's scored double digits in his last three seasons. This season in a side that for half of it created little to nothing. Strikers with close to a one in three return don't come cheap.

If you'd watched Ipswich today it might have given you a reality check. I'm not suggesting Beto should be out number one for the next 3 seasons but if we are going to improve we need some depth in the squad. As for TFG spending big? Where's your source?
 
12 goals in 1700 minutes this season. I dont think we should rely on him to be our #1 next season, but it would be MAD to get rid of a striker who gets you double digit goals in this league, who you know you can bring off of the bench to maybe get a result. Its been so rare for us to have anyone who can do that, to get rid of the one we have purchased who can, actually, score.

He didn’t get double figures last season or this yet. The fact we don’t score many goals 50% of fans base our creaming their pants over a bang average striker With 8.
The whole point is to improve as a team, Beto shouldn’t be our starting striker next season, back up fair enough, but I will repeat myself again. Getting decent money for him buys us a 50mil player/players. It’s the same reason I’d sell James garner, he’s a good player to sell for a good profit.

All fans talk about, buying to sell and turning a profit on players and rebuilding With better, but as soon as it’s mentioned, half the fans have to much sentimentality and want to keep average players. Half of you fall in love quicker than starsky and hutch

My Source 🤣🤣 it’s common knowledge they wiii be spending, how much who knows. Also yes maybe Delap wasn’t great today or last week, but Beto has played 60 games for us and you can watch 30 of them and he’d look like a championship striker

Utd are trying it with bang average players and are getting stuffed every week. We will be playing a counterattackinh game for quite some time.

We are bringing in a whole new recruitment team, who will be getting paid a lot of money, it’s up to them to find the players not me. If they can’t find better than Beto for 25/30mil then god help us
