Ooh errr missusThat makes a lot more sense...
But wouldn't people prefer to be able to lay it if they wanted to?

So really it's Trigger's broom all over again? How many times has the pitch been dug up in the last few years. Might as well go to a garden centre and buy their oldest packet of grass seeds.
On reflection. Bit harsh. However maybe the club should've done something for the whole season, not a throw away gesture now.Oh no. I’ve been tricked into buying an imperfect polo shirt, overpriced as we know all club merchandise is, the proceeds of which will in part go towards the finances of the club I love. The unquestionable judgement of others be upon me. What a disaster. How will I sleep at night?
Yes I agree with that. Whilst I don’t think this polo is bad - I reckon it’ll be fine and look good in years to come - but it’s nowhere near the level of commemorative product(s) we should’ve received. On reflection. Looks like the sort of thing a PE teacher would pay for themselves for their kids team. ‘Got 24 cheap polos from primark and our cousin knows a girl who can iron the badges on for me’
I think the club missed a trick with the home shirt this season.Yes I agree with that. Whilst I don’t think this polo is bad - I reckon it’ll be fine and look good in years to come - but it’s nowhere near the level of commemorative product(s) we should’ve received.
The bottom line is the planning for leaving Goodison probably took place before TFG landed. We all know the club was terribly run, so shouldn’t be surprised to see this small raft of mediocre attempts to commemorate the ground. It’s unfortunate timing, but had we not been leaving Goodison - had the carrot of the new stadium not existed - we’d probably be drifting towards oblivion right now.
So it does have stripes.
Yes.that’s creases?
Yes.
Not quite the right thread for this, but it's in the same souvenir ballpark as this shirt...

Everton Goodison Park Framed Grass - 20inch Panoramic

What on earth is going on here?
I totally understand wanting a piece of the Goodison turf... but framed? So it slowly turns brown and just dies on your wall?
I reckon about ten to fifteen minutes, then it'll be closer to our custom royal blue, starting wherever you sweat.
The timing is very odd, could have done some sort of Christmas gift package thing and take some of the sting out of the quite frankly extortionate price.
Bishing* about ticket prices is going to be, ahem, a bit rich, on the back, ahem, of this...
