Trent alexander Arnold

Yes Arnold like McManaman did the sensible thing and looked after themselves and got great signing on fees and five years top wages, Wayne let Everton get £27M for him which saved the club financially and got slaughtered by many Everton fans.
Rooney was a generational talent though.

I blame the club being mismanaged leading to him having to be sold.

He`s getting more coverage in the UK than the death of the Pope
But not as much as the Sistine Chapel chimney. I swear, I went to turn on PSG-Arsenal and went past two networks calling themselves major showing footage of the thing on a loop.

Anyone who elects to be in the snakepit from Raiders of the Lost Ark deserves to be there. There isn't enough money in the world to convince me to work with those people. Put me down for a one-club guy like Totti, thanks.

Strange how most fans knew Rooney was a once in a lifetime player but Moyes never knew where when or how to play him while Kenwright knew he was pennies from heaven to keep his train set going. A lot of young players now and their agents are not selling themselves to the clubs who brought them into the game but looking after their best interests when they still have the chance——getting better deals for their prospects while the club they are leaving get just compensation money, older and street wise players are not renewing their contracts and getting better deals elsewhere. Arsene Wenger said years ago that transfer deals in the future will be a lot different to what they are now.
