Talking with a electrician who was working in the Vatican, he reckons Conclave will be delayed as all the Cardinals rooms haven’t been decorated…

Does he live right across the road from you like the lad who told me? Who is an Evertonian, why would he lie about his job that he was working on all last year and got sent back there about a month ago?
That might not make the stadium delayed I never said it would. But he 100% had to go and do electrics again as they didnt like previous design. Is that 2 outlandish to think would happen with new owners?

It's change, just in a different form to what we were expecting.

It will be interesting to see what other features they could incorporate on site in the context of a much smaller capacity.

There is probably a lot of goodwill to be had as well.

I'd be looking to offer naming rights for both stadia as a package. There is a unique opportunity here.

That's doesn't really scan tbh, that they didnt like the design... LoR would have only installed first fix electrics to all the retail and front of house areas that are yet to be finished, so there'd be no change of design, as such.

There would have to have been a redesign or change of use as a whole to entire areas for the electrical load to be insufficient.

Anyway, I guess we'll find out soon enough.
