Some bloke called Richard Arlison. Says he's desperate to join us.
He can come, but only as a coach.

"There is no doubt that Richarlison is going to be looking for a move this summer. Saudi Arabia are interested, with Al-Ahli trying in the past. But my understanding is that Everton are reticent on Richarlison because of the injury record and the price that Tottenham are asking for.
"It's not going to be quite as high from Tottenham's perspective as last summer, when the number was £60million or no business, but Richarlison is still valued by Tottenham in the region of £40million to £45million. That's probably going to be prohibitive as far as Everton are concerned.
"Everton will be looking for a No.9. Their internal task is to determine whether they are going to extend Dominic Calvert-Lewin's contract. There is a willingness to engage, but nothing is advanced.
"Keep an eye on Everton because a new forward is likely to come in and it will be one of the top priorities, but I don't think a Richarlison return is realistic. I'm told a younger kind of profile will be looked at by Everton."
Fair to say that if Spurs are expecting £40-45M, then he wont be coming back to Everton. They'd need to halve that!No idea how sourced this Ben Jacobs cat is, but:
This is why a loan with a fee of say £18m at the end of it if obligations are met (availability etc) works for both sides. They would make a PSR profit on him at the end of the loan while we would gain a player that has proved his fitness.Fair to say that if Spurs are expecting £40-45M, then he wont be coming back to Everton. They paid £60M for him over 5 years, which works out as £12M per year. He's now got 2 years left so they'd need £24M to break even on their investment (at least from a PSR point of view). After the injuries and lack of scoring, his value certainly hasn't increased.
I don't want him back, we need to stop with this type of nonsense. I know it's probably only the media and agents playing games but we need to stop looking back and look forward. He was a great player and wore the shirt but he moved on to Spursy and we moved on to Ashley Young.I would like him back. But if the valuation is over 40m, then it won't happen. And that's not a deal we should even consider.
I think 18-24M is around the money you'd expect to get him for and think you could have a bargain on your hands. Anything much more and Tottenham start rubbing their hands thinking they got the better deal. This is why a loan with a fee of say £18m at the end of it if obligations are met (availability etc) works for both sides. Saying that, PSR is out the window in a years time so it’s all a bit irrelevant.

Many Spurs fans saying they prefer him in the centre to Solanke. Headers, instinct etc. They hated him for so long but now they warm to him just in time for us to take him back![]()
We'd have no fans leftI’m not sure we should have him back. Romanticism should be removed from the club
