Heard from a spark working on it they fitted out the boxes few months ago and theyve been called back last few weeks as club decided to basically scrap it and start again

Knocking the whole thing down and announcing the redevelopment of goodison would be very Everton and i would never bet against it. LoL.
I do think all these rumours sound very Kopite WUM type things though.

The lack of relevant updates doesn’t help.

The updates seem to mostly cover Everton Way which is great but what about the internal fit-out?
What’s going on with the scaffolding? Why are they relaying the pitch? Etc.

Pretty sure these can be answered quickly and concisely by the club and immediately kill any rumours.

The pitch used for the test events was laid and grew during the autumn and winter, which is not ideal. Like every other pitch, it'll be laid in the spring and summer.

In essence, it was a temporary pitch before the pitch is prepared to last the entirety of next season. It is nothing, at all, to worry about.
