I say this in all humility as a Sens fan since their return in the early 90s don't raise your expectations for the Maple Leafs from their results over us.

The Maple Leafs are this and they've been doing it longer than the reds did. Just throw playoffs and a blue maple leaf in there.

My best Canadian Evertonian convert is a Leafs fan. The blue and white thing is an easy sell, and the being used to misery bit. He doesn't moan about us being crap because he's one of the good leaf fans that's developed a hardened shell to constant failure.
That 3-1 come back against you lot in 2021 is what is keeping my spirits and beliefs high for tonight's game against the Capitals.

Not a Leafs fan; living in Phoenix and watching (IHL-Roadrunners) hockey before the Coyotes arrived, I was more in to individual players in the NHL...Bam-Bam Cam being my favourite all-rounder and others like Shanahan, Yzerman or Selanne, apart from the obvious greats like Gretz and Mario. I gave up NHL for football quite a while ago but still try (and fail, for the most part) to stay in the loop.

Leafs. The pinnacle of frustrating teams to support (thank God I live in the Habs nation. The team in professional sports' encyclopedia whose picture is for definition of the term "choke". They are at it again, 1-13 with that core group of players in games when Leafs with a win would've progressed. 0/30 PPG in those games.

Looks like the Habs hockey season is over unless they pick it up here. Down 2-0 in the first period in an elimination game in Washington.

Awful exit for Tampa. Hot take, if they want to trade Nikita Kucherov I’m on board. 15 playoff games in a row without a goal and he had a terrible turnover/low effort play that ended up being the GWG for the Panthers.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a game like that. Avs not as good as they have been but they were an excellent opponent. Stars need Miro back in a serious way but I’m ok taking it day by day. Also, wow Mikko.
