It's all well and good having the CEO in situ, but the owners set the tone.

I'm just saying it's odd bordering on weirdness that they have a club here and wont visit it....more especially when we have a newly minted stadium for them to attend.

You're writing them off before having any evidence to write them off.

If they sell us in 5 years time for 1bn (A good profit like you say) wouldnt that mean we are in a better position than we are now, maybe a solid team qualifying for Europe each season, maybe a CL team.

I would be more concerned if they sell their investment as a loss because that would mean they have failed in all aspects, and the club on and off the pitch is in a worse position than when they took over.

They are only in it to make money they are not here for the love of the club, they only make money if we are successful.

My only point is that they're like the Scarlett Pimpernel at this club. Nowhere to be seen.

I find it insulting. But maybe that's just me and I have too much pride in allowing our club to be demoted to the role of red headed step child to Roma's blue eyed child.

For me they dont need to be seen as long as they are doing what needs to be done to make this club successful.

I would rather the owners speak with their actions, rather than sitting in front of a camera reading out something thats pleasing to the ears of the fanbase.

They have literally saved the club, without them coming in.?? God only knows. I don't care if they ever make an appearance as long as the money comes in for transfers and everyday running. Moshiri came to Goodison alot in the early years and I wish he had never set foot in the club... period.
