Just want to drop a comment about Boston United's escape from relegation in the National League.

Started 2025 12 points from safety and secured their position in the league yesterday with a game to spare.

A genuinely miraculous escape. Well done Pilgrims.

Warrington Town. Disastrous season after doing so well last year in NLN. Spent v all the money on upgrading the stadium to stay in the league and subsequently spent nothing on the playing squad.
Derby’s to look forward to next season against Widnes, Rylands, Prescot etc

NPL line up for next year is an all timer. Mental that Warrington and Widnes are in the same league.

We played our last league game on Saturday, we’d already secured runners up spot and a play off for promotion so even though we lost 3-1 the score was irrelevant…. A good crowd travelled to support and treated it as an end of season party had a great day

@bigjonny @barneygumble what are ticket prices like in the NPL these days? I’m fearing a bit of a hike, and I saw rip-off merchants Macclesfield were charging £20 but was just wondering what the average around the rest of the league was looking like.

Haven't been in it for a year now.

Out of principle, I refused to go to Macclesfield in the League last year because it was £17. That was the highest by a considerable distance.

Baring in mind, the average in the National League North is about £16, id be stunned if it's £15 or more elsewhere in the NPL. Which is great value, when you consider the likes of Hereford and that crumbling stand is £20.

Marine going up 10% next season to £16.50 advance £18 OTD.

Hornchurch have done really well after getting promoted to that division last year.

I’d bet they are the smallest club in that league currently.

Vauxhall are my local non-league side now. Chester not a million miles away.

It was fun, Cables, but alas.

Follow a bit of step 4 level non-league. Mainly Isthmian Leagues.

At that level the disparity in clubs in same division can be huge. Some teams pulling in crowds of close to or above a 1000 most weeks, whilst other teams in same division are getting 50-60 fans a game.

Between £10 and £14 full price , it’ll be concession prices for me next season. Some clubs do discounts for various occupations or season ticket holders from other clubs so it’s worth checking their website or X.
