ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

A new day and we've all survived as we always do.

Ignore the media, the wankfest from Sky making it out what an unbelievable achievement it was. It wasn't.

Don't think for a second the PL will want another season like this season. This was their freebie title.

Do they deserve the title? 100% yes because no one came remotely close to putting up a fight. Did they still get assistance when required to get games over the line? 100% yes that's been plain for all genuine football fans to see.

We'll have one more day where they congregate for their parade on the 26th May and that's it. Let them have their day, in the grand scheme of things them winning the title means very little to any of us this season. The main thing is we didn't get relegated, we've survived one of the worst periods in our history and can start looking forward again.

As long as we're here, we'll always be there to boil their piss and we're never far away from being able to swim in their salty tears as those tears are only ever 1 defeat away when it comes to that lot.

Never forget what Brian Labone said!

Sky giving Slot a heap of praise talking about the changes that he made to make the RS into a winning PL title team. Don`t thing they mentioned anything about no other team turning up this season, apart from Arsenal who at every opportunity they were given to close the gap they somehow managed to drop points themselves. Hopefully next year someone might provide some competition.

I don't think i will ever be gutted as much as the night the won in Istanbul anything else will pale into insignificance.
Sure they won the league yesterday but nobody thought they wouldn't .
They beat a team who didn't care if they won or lost as they had bigger fish to fry. There was no drama no jepardy I am glad they won its done now so the rest of the world can move on while they can put their flags banners and undersized kits away for a few weeks and dream about the days the club had a connection to the city.

Exactly mate. It really just doesn't matter anymore. I've been telling them they've won the league since November so what are they all fussing about.

So if it was us that won the league in this manner would you be sitting in the corner moaning to yourself that we had no challengers while the rest of us are popping open the Champagne.
When we won at Anfield during lockdown, was I happy? If we won at Anfield with spectators it would of been 100 times better. RS haven't been as good this season as they were in 2019 or 2022. Had they won league or Champions League in 2022, they'd of been unbearable. Had they pipped a prime City side in 2022 to title, it would have hurt more, than them winning league this season. Of course it will be recorded as their 20th league title, however Arsenals continual dropping of points, is reason why RS have won it this early. It's not because they are like City side of 2018, could of easily beat us 8-1 at GP.
