2024/25 David Moyes

I think Moyes deserves next season personally.

But I'm not TFG and they do seem trigger happy with managers. Why will that change with us??

Please remember that they wanted to keep Dyche in the job and replace him in the summer. They wouldn't have went with Moyes in the summer. He wouldn't been in the top 3.

If we finish the season badly he will not be here next season.

They'll already know the plan.

As will Moyes. He's either here, or moved to backroom position with a Thomas Frank style coming in.

Can't see 4 nothing games making any odds, nor should it.

I would be after someone under the age of 55, someone who hasn't been here before and had us off the last year he was here, so there is quite a few.

They had a plan in place but had to deviate from it with the sacking of Dyche.

Moyes is not who they want. He was available at the time.

Of course.

Do they have the balls to now bring in their preferred candidate?

As you say, their time at Roma suggests so.

But equally - their time at Roma could make them think twice.

Their antics with media to justify Dyche sacking as forced, which wasnt at all needed, to me makes me wonder if they're wary of fan perception in ways they probably never used to be.

I think they bullet Moyes at the end of the season.

And hes come in and impressed them, thus he will be here beyond 1st September.

Now, if he starts the season badly, well, good luck David.

all day long

Well, no.

Because we've then had a overhaul of the squad.

And the shortlist to replace him, isn't then available.

If we start the season under Moyes, we should finish it. There's absolutely sod all to learn from him based on a handful of games. Nothing.
